The idea
Coworking in Biarritz. The office we were looking for didn't exist.
So we built it, at the Côte des Basques, with the sand at the end of the street.
At home, you go round in circles. At the café there are people, but everyone stays behind their screen and you never really meet anyone. And when you've just moved to the area, it's hard to find someone to have lunch with.
Bibi House is the option that was missing. A place at the Côte des Basques, in Biarritz, where you get a proper desk, a gym, a surf room with changing rooms and hot showers, and people around you to share a coffee or lunch with: people who work for themselves, remotely or as part of a team.
Here is what a day looks like. You arrive, pour yourself a coffee and settle in somewhere quiet. At lunchtime you eat with your desk neighbour, who already knows the good spots nearby. The afternoon is for calls and meetings. And in between, depending on your mood and the tide: a session if the waves are good, a workout in the gym or a walk along the coast to the Villa Belza. All without leaving the building.
There are other coworking spaces in Biarritz, and good ones: in the town centre, for its shops and services; at Les Docks, the area around the railway station, for the train and the airport; and in Anglet, the next town along, for large open-plan floors. Prices usually run from two hundred to six hundred euros a month. We know them, we've worked in them. What none of them offered was a place where you work well, with sport and the ocean close at hand, and a community that stays the same all year round.
And how do you join? You send us a WhatsApp, drop by for a coffee and we show you around. Two simple plans: a hot desk in the open-plan space or your own desk in a private office, with the gym and the surf room included in both. No application, no committee, no jargon.

The founder
Robin Dauzon
A Biarritz local and an entrepreneur, I imagined Bibi House as the place where I would have loved to work myself: a beautiful spot, people to share my days with, and everything I need to work seriously, train and go surfing when the conditions are good.
I co-founded Bankin' in 2010 and Bridge in 2017, then founded HackerDNA in 2024. Bibi House is a slightly different project: more local, more personal, and designed to bring together entrepreneurs, freelancers and teams in Biarritz who want to work differently.
And since I'm often around, there's a good chance I'll be the one showing you round.

Where is Bibi House?
At 11 rue Lamartine, at the Côte des Basques in Biarritz, a short walk from the ocean. Parking nearby is easy, but the nicest way to come is on foot, by bike or on the town's free shuttle bus. Biarritz Pays Basque airport is nine minutes from the town centre, and the TGV high-speed train runs direct to Bordeaux and Paris.
Who is Bibi House for?
For people who work for themselves, remotely or as a team, and who are tired of working alone at home or in cafés. If you've just moved to the area, it's also a good way to meet people: you see the same faces every day, and we're happy to share our favourite places.
Do I need to know how to surf?
No. Bibi House is a coworking space first: a quiet desk, good coffee and people to have lunch with. The gym is for everyone, and if you ever feel like giving surfing a go, the ocean is at the end of the street.
Can you really surf during a working day?
Yes. The surf room and the changing rooms are under the same roof as your desk: you check the swell, head into the water, get changed and go back to your desk.
What's included?
Your desk, fibre, coffee, the gym, the surf room and the changing rooms, with hot showers and private cubicles. With Flex you sit wherever you like in the open-plan space; with Fixe you have your own desk in a private office.
How much does it cost?
Flex, the hot desk in the open-plan space, is €299 a month excl. VAT. Fixe, your own desk in a private office, is €399 a month excl. VAT. The gym and the surf room are included in both.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Your subscription renews from one period to the next, and you can stop whenever you like with a simple written message, effective at the end of the current period.
How do I join?
Message us on WhatsApp, come for a coffee and we'll show you around. If you like it, you choose your plan and move in. No application, no committee.
Do I need to speak French?
No. We speak English and will happily show you around in English. The terms of subscription are in French, with an English translation for reference only.
When does Bibi House open?
